We were at the very friendly Havering AC Dave Naylor Memorial Open on Sunday, 29th March. A well attended and organised event with many young athletes competing for the first time.

It was a test for the Track Team to get all the hurdles set to their correct spec in readiness for the age group changes coming into force on 1st April.

Delta Timing is out of the blocks for the 2026 outdoor season.

We provided Photo Finish at the London Marathon Community Track at Stratford for a well attanded London Universities and Colleges Athletics (LUCA) Open on Saturday, 28th March.

We were also covering the ever popular South London Athletics Network (SLAN) at their Early Season Open at Tooting Bec.

Saturday, 7th June saw day one of the South of England U13/U15/U17 Athletics Champs at the recently reopened, iconic, Crystal Palace Athletics Stadium.

Appalling weather and vandalism on three lanes of the back straight meant the meeting over-ran by more than two and a half hours with the day’s final races taking place in the gloom of dusk.

Delta Timing was delighted to be invited to support the event on a sunnier day two, keeping the meeting on schedule. With the West Stand out of action due to structural issues, Delta Timing’s big screen kept spectators informed with live results from the relative comfort of the Jubilee Stand.

At Lee Valley on Monday, 12 May 2025, we were delighted to record the fabulous Sarah Roberts’ W75 world record of 6:06.20 in the 1500m at the Herts & North Middlesex Masters League Match
